We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to take charge of Operations and Customer Experience. We’re looking for someone that will manage warehouse functions including quality control, shipping, receiving and inventory control. This individual will also take charge of all aspects of Customer Experience, including (but not limited to) speaking with customer and retail partners. An immediate start would be great.

Responsibilities:

- Customer care – responding to customer emails, queries and feedback.
- Inventory and warehouse control, management and reordering.
- Quality control.
- Working with retail partners – coordinating with retailers to restock, assisting with the curation of displays and invoicing.
- Organisation and participation in ad-hoc collaborations and pop-up events.
- Managing and training of the fulfilment team and activities – where necessary, working with the fulfilment team on the packaging of orders and liaison with our courier/shipping partners.
- Assistance with other administrative and ad hoc tasks.
