We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to take charge of Customer Experience and Fulfilment. We’re looking for someone that will manage warehouse functions including order selection, packaging, quality control, shipping, receiving and inventory control. This individual will also be involved with all aspects of Customer Experience, including (but not limited to) email responses, using social media and speaking with customer and retail partners. An immediate start would be great. Open to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs.


  • Fulfilment – this includes the packaging of orders and liaison with our courier/shipping partners.
  • Inventory control and management.
  • Quality control.                    
  • Customer care – responding to customer emails, queries and feedback.
  • Working with retail partners – coordinating with retailers to restock, assisting with the curation of displays and invoicing.
  • Participation in ad-hoc collaborations and pop-up events.

  • Values accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Can-do attitude, able to manage workload in a dynamic, start-up environment with changing priorities.
  • Loves working in a team and is a team player. As part of a small but growing team, you’ll be a ‘thinker’ that is excited about improving processes and enhancing customer experience.
  • Is a bit of a spelling and grammar nerd – Yes, that’s critical for this role!
  • Loves Instagram, Facebook, and all things social media.
