Customer Care

We offer FREE courier on orders going to any destination in Singapore and Peninsular Malaysia. Orders will generally be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt. Please allow 1-3 business days for arrival following the dispatch of your order for Singapore. For Peninsular Malaysia, please allow 1-3 business days for arrival following the dispatch of your order. 

We currently offer international shipping at the following rates:

Orders will generally be dispatched by courier within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number upon dispatch.

We use a courier service for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, East Timor, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

These estimates assume that there are no delays at customs and delivery is not to a remote location. For deliveries to remote locations, please note that this may take additional time.

For all other countries not listed above, orders will be dispatched via Registered Airmail. Please allow up to 12 business days for arrival following the dispatch of your order. If you require your order urgently please drop us an email at  

If for some reason our product is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 21 days of delivery. Please write to us at for assistance.

We unfortunately do not accept exchanges. 

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at If your order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order. 

If we are able to cancel your order, any cancellation will be returned in store credit with a validity of 21 days. 

Please email us at as soon as possible to make a change to your shipping address. We will not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

All payments are made in Singapore Dollars. We use PayPal's secured platform to facilitate all payment transactions. PayPayl accepts debit/credit cards via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

All prices shown on the site are in Singapore Dollars and are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied in countries outside of Singapore. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly, and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Singapore Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping. However, each Reminder Band comes in its own box with a card with the Reminder Band's message. Please refer to the additional images available on each Reminder Band product page or our Facebook or Instagram accounts for images of our Reminder Band packaging. 

We do not offer customisation services.
